Invader Zim on Nicktoons in March 2010

In case you haven’t heard, Invader Zim will be back on Nicktoons Network this coming March, but only for the month. It will be taken off air again at the end of the month.
Time: 9 p.m. eastern every night during March.
These will be reruns. There won’t be any new episodes.

Your right, but there is one POSSIBLE(yet very unlikley) new episode. You see, they finished an episode and were going to air it the DAY AFTER the cancellation, I know that for a fact, but i doubt they’ll air it.
But they might! Pray they keep it on.
Becuz you and i both know that Nick sucks now, and they’re only doing this to get there ratings up.

Are you sure they will be reruns? I haven’t heard any thing about the specifics, only that it is coming back.
No new episodes have been made, so yes, it will be reruns. Nicktoons tends to run lots of reruns over and over and over again. If you have a show you like, it’s great. If there’s a show you don’t like, you have to plan to watch something else on a regular schedule. There are new shows like Ironman: Armored Adventures, Fantastic 4, and Wolverine and the X-Men, but most of the day and night are reruns. They also run some Nick shows like The Troop and Big Time Rush.
yahhhh but why just a month and why wont there be new ones i mean if they are at least putting it on for a month there needs to be new ones….

Still, it was pretty suckish for them to take away Jhonen’s, the GENIUS of the show’s, rights to the show.

Invader Zim should be on TV every day 3 times a day on nickolodeon for more than a month. it should be on years and more.

Everyone must watch this. They may not bring the show back, but if enough people watch it during march it might persuade nick to continue showing the reruns

Im soooo sad.! I only have nick and not nicktoons, and i really wanted to watch it.): this sucks!!! any ideass on how to watch it?
Ideas: buy the series on DVD; subscribe to the package with Nicktoons in it for the month of March, then drop it; watch for free on MegaVideo 72 minutes at a time; subscribe to MegaVideo and watch all you want for as long as you want.
Anyone else have alternative suggestions?

Make sure you are checking Nicktoons Network. It won’t be on Nickelodeon (Nick).

No. Nicktoons Network is a spinoff channel from Nickelodeon. It is usually on digital cable or a higher-level package on satellite. Invader Zim won’t be on Nick, it will be on Nicktoons.

Nicktoons Network is a separate channel than Nickelodeon. It is usually in a digital tier. Where I am the channel is 219. The show will not be on Nickelodeon, it is on Nicktoons Network.

I’m pretty sure its only for one month because the first ep. was aired on March 30,also because I think its its 10th anniversary?Cause it was in 2001,and now its 2010.(Im not sure about this though…)
Yeah, in reference to not being able to find it- I searched my guide for March 1st, 2nd, etc. and I made sure to check the nicktoons channel, and there was no Invader Zim. To ensure that I had the right channel, I even used the search function on my comcast box to look up “INVAD” and Invader Zim didn’t show in the results. So is this all just a rumor that Nick created to get more ratings or what???

I love Zim, its my favorite show in the history of forever and has been that way since it premiered when I was 8
its super awesome that nicktoons is airing the reruns, cause well, Zim is an ingenious show. I have all the dvds though so it doesn’t matter XD but unfortunately sorry to break everyones heart, there will be no new episodes made or aired, ever.

i have comcast. On channel 132, nicktoons network, at 9 pm eastern, ICARLY was on my tv..so WTF

Thank God. Nick is all crap now, with the exception of Spongebob(before the movie). And The Last airbender is pretty good too. I loved this show so much when I was 9. My parents didn’t like it much, though. I just watched the pilot on DVR, and I laughed the loudest laugh I have while watching Nicktoons in years!

for all you people wondering y it got cancelled in the first place there were many factors involved like the creator hid images of a bloody gir throughout the second season and at the time it wasnt very popular when it was on tv and the creator didnt really like working with nick at the time

You can hope, but all those who worked on IZ have moved on to other projects. The last episode was produced in 2006, “The Most Horrible X-Mas Ever”. That was over 3 years ago. I wouldn’t bet on a bunch of new stuff by the original team. Others might take it up, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
it would be nice if they get that many viewers, that they will bring back the show with new stuff, start off where they ended.
I’ll tell you something. They can’t just put a show on the air, take it off, put it back on, and take it off again. That’s just stupid! They should keep it on the air, or just cancel it forever.
It’s the way it works. Shows are created and aired. Then they end and come back on as reruns. Most networks rotate reruns of shows to keep the content fresher and provide those who love a show the opportunity to see it again for awhile.
This month is my fist month of hearing Invader Zim and so far I’m enjoying, and liking the shows.
As I read the comments on this website and youtube website. I understand how you all feel about Invader Zim, and I hope Nicktoons will understand it to.
